American Milestones Joan Lunden, and Dentistry

A smile can brighten your day and that of the person who sees it. It benefits both the giver and the receiver. However, unsightly teeth can discourage people from smiling. Some people have crooked or discolored teeth, and do not want to smile out of fear of exposing their teeth. Many dentists and dental professionals specialize in giving people the confidence to smile again. Advances in dentistry can enable some dental professionals to correct years of dental neglect and give patients healthy and beautiful smiles.

In an upcoming episode, the TV program American Milestones with Joan Lunden will explore advances in cosmetic dentistry, along with oral and maxillofacial surgery, which can give patients whiter and healthier teeth and lovelier smiles. It will look at different ways cosmetic dentists are building smiles, and inform viewers of this intriguing and enlightening TV show about other dental advances. It will educate TV audiences across the country about invisible braces, dental implants, tooth whitening treatments and more that help people flash their pearly whites and smile confidently.

American Milestones Joan Lunden explores a full range of medical and dental subjects, as well as environmental topics, family subjects, business topics, travel subjects, and much more.
